Memorandum that this twenty seaventh day of January or thereabouts Anno Domini One thousand six hundred and seaventy four William Wraythall of Linton in the County of Yorke husbandman being somewhat sick of body but of perfect memory intending to make his last will and testament ????????? or by words of mouth uttered these words or words of the like effect as follows Viz Item Is my will and mind and I doe give unto Agnes Wrathall my only daughter twenty pounds to be sett forward for her use imediately after my death And all the rest of my goods I leave to my loveing wife for the bringing upp of my said daughter witness hereof George Hewitt
