Parish Registers – Long Preston

Data extracted by Derek Wrathall in Dec. 2002, from transcripts and films (reels 799 & 800) at North Yorkshire Records Office, Northallerton. Derek mentioned the following about the records:
The lack of baptisms in available Parish Records for Long Preston surprises me, but it is possible that there are some in the Baptist Church records if I can find them. I have also a "stray" passed on to me by a member of our Group (Wharfedale Family History Group). This is a baptism at Bingley All Saints Church on 28 Feb 1837 - Ann daughter of John and Sally WRATHALL of Bingley, woolcomber.
