30 May 1829 John Wrathall for a horse having had the misfortune in little more than 12 months to lose two horses and thro’ which calamitous misfortune he is unable to maintain himself and numerous family – We have recommended that he get a Brief statement of his case drawn up and try the result of that and afterwards apply to the meeting.
