Peter F., who took this photo, said that the heavy lichens after only 100 years indicate an unpolluted atmosphere. It also indicates that the plot should be planned so that the writing on the stone faces south.

Ellen, d of Stephen & Margaret WRATHALL, of Linton, died 4th Aug 1872, aged 36.
Also William, son, who died at Moor Hall, Earby, died June 29th 1904, aged 66 yrs.
