This is a final Agreement made in the Court of the Lord the King at Lancaster on Saturday the twenty fourth day of March in the thirty eighth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith. Before Lloyd Lord Kenyon Chief Justice of the said Lord the King of his Court of King’s Bench at Westminster and Sir Giles Rook Knight one of his majesty’s Justices of his Court of Common Pleas at Westminster Justices of the said Lord the King at Lancaster and others then and there present Between Richard Wakefield Joseph Sharp Hannah Rawlinson and John Brockbank plaintiff and Richard Waller and Ellinor his Wife George Warbrick and Mary his Wife Stephen Wrathell and Ann his Wife and Richard Whitehead and Jennet his Wife Deforceants of five Messuages and Candlehouse three barns two Stables one Cowhouse one Turfhouse three Orchards five Gardens twenty seven acres of Land eight acres of Meadow seventeen acres of pasture Common of Pasture for all cattle and Common of Turbary with the appurtenances in Tatham Lancaster Hornby and Claughton in Amounderness. Whereupon a plea of covenant was summoned between them in the same Court to wit that the said Richard Waller and Ellinor his Wife George Warbrick and Mary his Wife Stephen Wrathell and Ann his Wife and Richard Whitehead and Jennet his Wife have acknowledged the Tenements and Commons aforesaid with the Appurtenances to be the Right of them the said Richard Wakefield Joseph Sharp Hannah Rawlinson and John Brockbank as those which the said RichardWakefield Joseph Hannah and John have of the Gift of the said Richard Waller and Ellinor George and Mary Stephen and Ann and Richard Whitehead and Jennet and those they have remised and quitted claim from them the said Richard Waller and Ellinor George and Mary Stephen and Ann and Richard Whitehead and Jennet and their Heirs to the aforesaid Richard Wakefield Joseph Hannah and John and the Heirs of the said Richard Wakefield for ever And moreover the said Richard Waller and Ellinor have granted for themselves and the Heirs of the said Richard Waller that they will warrant the Tenements and Commons aforesaid with the Appurtenances unto the said Richard Wakefield Joseph Hannah and John and the Heirs of the said Richard Wakefield against them the said Richard Waller and Ellinor and the Heirs of the said Richard Waller for ever And further the said George and Mary have granted for themselves and the Heirs of the said George that they will warrant the Tenements and Commons aforesaid with the Appurtenances unto the said Richard Wakefield Joseph Hannah and John and the Heirs of the said Richard Wakefield against them the said George and Mary and the Heirs of the said George for ever And also the said Stephen and Ann have granted for themselves and the Heirs of the said Stephen that they will warrant the Tenements and Commons aforesaid with the Appurtenances unto the said Richard Wakefield Joseph Hannah and John and the Heirs of the said Richard Wakefield against them the said Stephen and Ann and the Heirs of the Said Stephen for ever And furthermore the said Richard Whitehead and Jennet have granted for themselves and the Heirs of the said Richard Whitehead that they will warrant the Tenements and Commons aforesaid with the Appurtenances unto the said Richard Wakefield Joseph Hannah and John and the Heirs of the said Richard Wakefield against them the said Richard Whitehead and Jennet and the Heirs of the said Richard Whitehead for ever And for this Acknowledgement Remission Quit Claim Warranty Fine and Agreement the said Richard Wakefield Joseph Hannah and John have given to the said Richard Waller and Ellinor George and Mary Stephen and Ann and Richard Whitehead and Jennet three hundred pounds Sterling.
