We checked the IGI and could find nothing for the surname Carleton-Wrathall or Carelton-Wrathall, but we found some data on Charles Carlton Wrathall of Lancashire.

The Shropshire and Lancashire 1841 and 1851 census records may hold further clues to the possible Shropshire connection.
