In the nane of God Amen. the nyne and twentieth day of July Anno dom One thousand six hundred sixty seaven I Francis Wraithall of Grissington in Craven in the County of York yeoman infirme of body butt of pfect mind and memory (praised be God for the same) Doe make and ordaine this my last will and testament in manner and form following Viz First I commend and bequeath my Soule into the hands of Almighty God my maker hopeing through the meritorious death and passion of Jesus Christ my only Saviour and Redeemer to receive and obtaine free pdon and forgiveness of all my Sinnes and to be an Inheritor of the Kingdom of Heaven And as for my body to be buryed in Christian buryall at the discretion of my Executors hereafter named And as for my worldly Estate where with God hath been graciously pleased to blesse me I give and bequeath in manner and form following Viz First I give and bequeath to my loving wife Margarett Wraythall a third part of all my moveable goods and household stuff? whatsoever Item I give and bequeath unto John Wraithall my sonne five pounds to be paid to him or his assigns within one yeare after my decease Item I give to his three children Margaret Martin and Martha five pounds to be equally devided amongst them to be paid forth to them most? directly? ?????? to the ?????? of this ?????? And that the said John Wraythall their father shall ?????? give acquittance? for the same to my Executors hereafter named within the tyme of one year after my decease as is above said Item I give to my three daughters Elizabeth Isabell and Anne (though I have paid them their ?????? formerly to the full) each of them two shillings and sixpence apeace Item I give unto my daughter Martha Wraythall one cupboard standing in the fire?house where I now live and all the ?????? and furniture thereto now belonging ( excepting my wifes part above named) Item all the rest of my goods and Estate moveable and unmoveable debts and demands whatsoever either upon specialty? or without due to mee and in my custody all the ?????? hereof I give and bequeath to my sonne Francis Wraythall and my daughter Martha Wraythall equally betwixt them Item I Give to my sonne Robert Wraythall tenn shillings to be paid to him within one yeare after my decease And of this my last will and testament (Revoking all others by mee formerly made) I doe make and ordaine my sonne Francis and my daughter Martha Wraithall above named Joint Executors In testimony whereof I have hereunto ?????? my hand and sett my seal the day and yeare first above written |
