This is the last Will and Testament of me John Wrathall of Long Preston in the West Riding of the County of York Farmer In the first place I desire that all my just debts and funeral expences and the expences of proving and registering this my Will be paid out of my personal estate And secondly I do give and bequeath all my estate both real and personal of whatsoever nature and kind and wheresoever situate unto my son and daughter Thomas and Margaret their heirs executors administrators and assigns equally between them share and share alike without any preference And I nominate and appoint my said son and daughter to be Executor and Executrix of this my last Will and Testament Dated this twenty fourth day of March in the year one thousand eight hundred and forty eight John X Wrathall his mark (image of seal) Signed by the said Testator in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses  John Tillotson  John Procter  William Wilson
