I Mary Wreathall of the Township of North Newbald in the parish of North Newbald in the East Riding of the County of York Widow do hereby make publish and declare this my last Will & Testament in manner and form following (that is to say) First I give and bequeath unto Anne the wife of John Waterhouse of ????? Sandholme in the parish of Eastrington the sum of Seventy pounds to her sole use and disposal I give and bequeath to Richard Haldenby of Eleker Tailor the sum of Sixty pounds also one Deal table with two drawers one armed chair bass bottom one Do leather bottom I give and bequeath to Robert Haldenby of Eleker Laborer the sum of five pounds I give and bequeath to George Haldenby of Kirkella Carpenter the sum of five pounds which three last mentioned legacies shall be paid at the expiration of twelve months from the time of my decease I give and bequeath to Mary the daughter of Richard Haldenby of Eleker Tailor one feather bed and bedding bedstead & furniture thereto belonging standing in the Room called the Tailors Shop I give and bequeath to Anne daughter of John Waterhouse of Sandholme one feather bed and bedding with bedstead & furniture thereto belonging one card table one wash hand stand also one glass and Tea board and table they stand upon one silver table spoon _ dozn silver tea spoons _ dozn Blue china Tea cups & saucers and the Buffet in which they are all of which are standing in the front chamber I give and bequeath to Mary daughter of John Waterhouse one clock one card table _ dozn Pencild china Tea cups & saucers with slop Bason Tea pot & cream jug belonging thereto also one silver table spoon _ dozn silver tea spoons and silver sugr tongs I give and bequeath to William Kirby Blacksmith one low backed armd chair I give and bequeath to Elizabeth daughter of John Waterhouse four comn wood chairs one Do armd chair one pair of sheets marked E W one light coloured Bed quilt _ dozn comn gilt edged china tea cups and saucers Tea pot Basons etc belonging thereto I give and bequeath to my sister Anne Hall an annuity of four pounds to be paid by my Executrix and to commence from the day of my decease It is also my mind and will that my said sister should have her choice out of my clothes All the rest residue and remainder of my goods chattels effects and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever not hereinbefore otherwise effectually disposed of after payment of my just debts legacies funeral and testamentary expences I give and bequeath to Anne the wife of John Waterhouse of Sandholme aforesaid and I do hereby make constitute and appoint her the said Ann Waterhouse sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Thirtieth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and nineteen the interlineations being first made Mary X Wreathall her mark (image of seal) Signed sealed published and declared by the said Testatrix Mary Wreathall for and as her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses hereunto Thos Atkinson Richd Atkinson Passed 3rd July 1830 |
