This is the last Will and Testament of me Stephen Wrathall of Grassington in the parish of Linton in the County of York Yeoman being at the time of making hereof of sound and disposing mind and memory first and principally I give and bequeath all my Messuages Houses Barns Buildings Tenements Hereditaments whatsoever and wheresoever both freehold and leasehold and all other my goods Cattles and chattels whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever unto my loving wife Ann Wrathall to hold unto her the said Ann Wrathall so long as she continues my widow and if she should happen to marry again then from and immediately after her marriage I give and bequeath the same unto my Daughter Margaret (being now baptized so) if she shall be then liveing Lupton Wrathall my brother and William Armistead who I nominate Guardians and Trustees for my child Margaret during her minority paying or causing to be paid unto my said wife Ann the sum of ten pounds in full satisfaction and lieu of her Dower and Thirds and all other Demands out of my Real and personal Estate within six months next after she shall happen to marry again and in case my said Daughter Margaret should happen to dye before my said wife should happen to marry again then in such case I give and bequeath all herein before given and bequeathed unto her her heirs Exects Admts an Assigns for ever and it is my will and mind that my just debts and funeral expences shall be first discharged and paid out of my Real and personal Estate by my said wife Ann who I make and appoint sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and the remainder to pass as herein before bequeathed and I do hereby revoke all former wills by me heretofore made in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the fourteenth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and thirty five Stephen Wrathall signed published and declared by the Testator to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us Henary?
