Biography of Stephen Wrathall - Acknowledgements
Typing the Stephen W biography proved very time consuming. 
I was glad to have two volunteers to help me with the transcription 
of the Wrathall Biography: Diane Wrathall & Belinda McLeary.
RT Wrathall refers to his grandmother as Marae Te Inototo, and Diane E
Wrathall says that Marae's name on the death certificate of Stephen John
Wrathall (Marae's son) is Maria Te Inototo. So I suspect than Te Inototo
was her correct surname, and Hinitoto or Hinutoto are corruptions thereof.
